St. Ignace, MI - Time For Fish Feast

What a wonderful town! We had a great time here!

We had only planned on staying here 1 night but due to some weather, we stayed 2. It worked out great. 2 nights kept us there for the St. Ignace Fish Feast. There was music, beer and wine, great fish, and fireworks at the end of the evening. Lilly and Rascal were not a fan of the fireworks, but Mike and I enjoyed them.

St. Ignace is a nice town with lots to offer. Ferry service to Macinac Island. Nice restaurants. Shopping. Nice Marina. Check out this website to see all there is: www.stignace.com/attractions. We had great meals at BML Cafe, The Galley, Village Inn, and The Gangplank.

We were also fortunate enough to see two beautiful yachts there. Elegante and 402.

Elegante has over a 50 year history. Check out her wonderful website to learn more about her: www.motoryachtelegante.com

402 was built in 1970 and also has a history. Check out www.huckinsyacht.com/new-construction/owners-perspective/Great-Lake-Great-Yacht for more information regarding 402.

And now our journey will take us to Boyne City, MI., where we will spend the rest of our summer.

It has been great. We have met some great boats and some great people and had wonderful adventures.

Until next time...
